After numerous attempts to start this generator for the first time, I struggled with it until I went online a couple of times and looked at pictures of what could be causing the problem. Picture was hard to see. Finally got it started after about 2 hours! Now it starts like a champ!

After viewing many videos and many various type of inverters. I've notice this brand has the highest ratings, most quietest, and more wattages for my RV. It also ran my house after a storm. I did look at Champions, but it didn't have the wattages I needed for my RV. This Westhinghouse has all of the features like; how much fuel it had left, larger tank for the fuel, more output, and wireless remote. I did not have the dual fuel I wanted, but they did make a version of it which I did not want to wait for. Hopefully everyone reads this and pick this kind for your RV lifestyle.

Does everything a generator should do, but quieter, easier, and with more versatility. Especially liking the ease of an electric start, onboard USB charging, and its ability to throttle-down for low-load ultra quiet operation and its ability to run electronics directly. All things which are not possible, or more difficult to do via a traditional generator.

bought generator at the end of November 2020. didn't get a chance to try it because of the long winter until today, easter. didn't realize it had a charger for the battery, but it started immediately with the remote starter after putting oil and gas in it. put both it and my honda eu2000i in my driveway and it is every bit as quiet as my honda. started my ac in my camper with no problem, then it ran both the ac and microwave with 1000 watts to spare. ordered ramp ends to make ramps to take it in and out of my camper. very happy so far.

Just ordered yesterday 08/29/2019 with a pending storm here in Florida, received today, Friday 08/30/2019 great service - generator arrived in good shape - hooked up the battery, filled oil and some gas and it started right up - remote start is a great feature and will be great for our camper - we are in love so far....... I got my generator today, unpacked it and charged the battery a couple of hours, put gas and oil in it, pushed the button and it started right up. Bought this to run my travel trailer, I'm going to love the key fob, no more going outside to turn off and on. Well done Westinghouse!!!

Bought this because we needed a larger generator to use on our camper, we boondock a lot, so no electric hook up. Brother has one just like this model and it did a great job with his camper which has more bells and whistles than ours so it was a no brainer to get the same. Used it once so far and it was great.

Just got the iGen4500, hooked up the battery, added oil, added gas and it started right up. the float drain was left open from the factory causing it to leak gas right away, but that was an easy fix. I'll have to put some hours on it to really give a good review but so far so good.

Very pleased with my iGen4500. Unlike a product I ordered from another vendor which was damaged on arrival, this arrived in perfect condition. Love the compact design and integrated towing handle and 3 ways to start it. All around great features and power for the size. Occupies a "sweet spot" for portability vs power.

Opening the box, there was oil spilled on the unit, and the battery was not secured and upside down in the compartment. The unit started on second pull and is very quiet. On off button seems intermittent or there is a delay in start up and shutdown. Manual does not mention a delay
