The iGen4500 was delivered on June 9th and was only used a couple of times and has already stopped working. The unit cranks but does not start. I've read a few reviews about a bad choke system but the choke does seem to be working. I am also disappointed that the unit was manufactured in early 2019.

We purchased this for an RV at a deer camp. We could not find any other models having such a long list of features. Standout features include digital fuel gauge / runtime remaining / load in wattage / enormous fuel tank and run-time. This replaces a competitive unit that was undersized for the application and did not have half the features yet cost more! I will follow up in 6 months with a number of hours and performance review.

We bought this to go camping with for our RV. We used it to recharge the battery, run the a/c on high, outdoor fridge and a few misc. plugged in items. It definitely didn't let us down. It did all that and I am pretty sure it can take more! It is very quiet compared to some models and regular generators.

ADDED OIL AND GAS STARTED RIGHT UP. RAN 1500 WATT ELECTRIC HEATER, DID NO REV UP ABOVE IDLE. HAVE A HONDA EU2000. RUNS AT FULL SPEED WITH THIS HEATER. IS VERY QUIET, WAS HAPPY. WILL SEE HOW IT WORKS THE A/C ON CAMPER IN SPRING. SEEMS THAT IT WILL HAVE PLENTY OF JUICE FOR MY R/V

We received our generator, and went through the setup process. I was surprised at how easy it was to start the generator using the manual pull start, the electronic start and the remote start. No regrets on this purchase. Super quiet. I was standing right next to the generator having a conversation with a friend who is hard of hearing with no problem.

I am a 64-year-old lady, single, camping enthusiast, and I have no problem using this generator or moving it from my garage to my truck bed. It runs everything in my travel trailer, even the AC, while using the microwave. It's very quiet and I thoroughly enjoy it.

This is the worst generator. I have had nothing but problems right after I got it. All I do is run a few lights and it can't even handle that. The battery has never held a good charge. I have to either plug it in to charge it before I use it or either I have to jump it off and it always sounds like it's running out of gas and acts like its stalling out and it eventually does. Most the time I have to use the cord to start it and if I'm lucky it'll start after two or three times of pulling it but in most cases it takes more than that. The odling on it constantly is going up-and-down up-and-down up-and-down and nothing else has been plugged into it or nothing has been unplugged from it. It constantly does it until it finally goes dead. I would not recommend this algae and 4500 propane or gas to anyone. I will never buy another generator that has Westinghouse on it. And the sad thing is I haven't even had it a year yet. Piece of junk.

This unit is nice! Ton of features and relatively quiet. I did run into an issue where there was a small leak in the bottom of the unit (the drainage hose used for keeping the unit in long term storage). Turns out I needed to tighten a screw after disassembling the generator slightly. I'm excited to use this generator with my travel trailer this season.

This product exceeded expectations with good consistent power output, accurate estimates in regards to remaining power time available with current fuel levels, and amazingly low sound output. Very portable with lightweight and ergonomic design of handle and wheels

I just set this up and tried it out. It is very easy to operate and is even quieter than I thought it might be. I'm impressed they got this much wattage to come out of a unit as quiet and relatively light as this is. I have not used it in action with the Airstream yet but am confident it will work fine. I read some of the negative reviews before I ordered this (I find the best info can come from the negative reviewers as long as you can distinguish the ones that know what they're doing from the ones that don't know what they're talking about or just want to whine). It seems the worst complaint was having to manually adjust the choke if you were restarting the unit warm. They must have fixed that issue because I could not duplicate it. If anything changes for the worse once tested "under fire", I will update this review accordingly. Summary, thus far this is a great unit that performs as claimed. A great value and highly recommended
