We bought this to use when no power is available while camping with our trailer. Living in Arizona, we wanted to be able to run the 30-amp AC in the trailer for comfort. On our first outing, the generator stopped once and indicated an elevated CO level. It was outside, and not close to the trailer. After a cooling off period, we started it again, and had no problems. We were at 7700 feet elevation, so we will look into purchasing the high-altitude kit that is available, in case it may be useful for future outings. Overall, we are happy with the generator. An additional positive find is that it fits in the back of our pickup which has a folding cover over the truck bed. The cover is able to latch, so the compact size is great.

I have been loving my new iGen4500. The remote start is so convenient and it runs my large AC on my RV to perfection. I have a 13K AC and after the initial start up it is only using about 50% capacity. I love the ease of use and setting it up was so simple.

Just purchased and went through initial start up. Runs clean and very quiet. Fit and finish is nice. Controls are easy to understand and display concise. I haven't fully taxed the unit with any real world use yet. I will return once I do. Can't wait to leave a fifth star.

We just did the initial set up this morning. We followed the QuickStart guide and it was seamless. We have only started it and used it briefly but it seems to work great. I really like how easily it starts and how quiet it is. We are looking forward to using this generator for years to come while camping.

Bought this less than a year ago and used maybe 4 times after following the break-in instructions then just quit and wouldn't start. Customer Service believes the "TCI" needs replaced and is sending it to me. We'll see how that goes but so far I'm happy with the service.

We are very happy with this purchase. The only issue we had with it is that the instructions said to dump the whole bottle of oil into it, but when we did it overflowed and made a big mess. Other than that, we had no issues. It is quiet and ran well in our driveway for 30 minutes. We look forward to bringing it camping with us.

I did some research online before purchasing this generator . well packaged and is well built. after putting oil and gas in it started on the second pull. smoked a little on startup as would be expected on a brand new unit. very quiet while running when it had no load on it. but I doubt it will be much louder when under a load. will be trying it out soon to power th A C unit in my travel trailer

I recently purchased the IGen5000Fcv inverter generator. This generator kept our critical systems going during a two day power outage due to Tropical storm Debby here in south Georgia.
