Only concern I had when I received the generator was the exhaust shield was partially dented along with one of the handles. Nothing major.

I bought this for Florida hurricane seasons, great value little generator to get by a few days without power.

Set up was easy, nice tools provided. Haven't needed it yet, but we are ready for the next hurricane.
