Purchased to have in case we lose power.  Product is exactly as described and is working as it should.  Easy to assemble and operate.

Haven't had to use it yet. Nice to have in case of power outage.  Be able to have heat in the winter.

I bought this right before the freeze in 2020, it really gives me a sense of comfort having it with all the Hurricanes.

Bought for hurricane season after a lot of research. Great value for the $. Easy to assemble and get running.

Easy to use

Just bought this to power our travel trailer and so far no issues. It is very quiet as well and starts super easy.

Brought this to run on propane and it has enough power to run several items in my house. I can hook my camper up to it without an adopter.

Good price for the features

I have not used the item, so hopefully it will get the job done. I am writing this in order to get the bonus item.

Bonus item

I bought this as a backup for power interruption at my home and it looks like it's more than capable of doing the job.

Great features for the money

Nice unit, however, followed the instructions and it does not start. Utilized the propane and no fire. Contacted Westinghouse and they too verified I followed the instructions. Still waiting on a decision as I requested a new unit from them. In theory, really cannot give a solid review then what I provided.

Easy set up out of the box. Started on propane with about 5 pulls after filling with oil and hooking up to bottle. Glad I went with the non electric start model to save the $150. Now after initial run it starts first or second pull every time on LP or gasoline. Seems like a solid unit for the money. Curious to see how it handles heavier power loads but seems to do well with the smaller things I’ve powered with it so far.
