I bought this and hadn't tried it. I had a power outage and set it up with propane. It wouldn't start. I'm going to try customer service.

I bought this and put it together and started it up and it runs excellent. It is quiet. Can't wait to us it for the storms.

Nice generator does what it's supposed to I really like the small size but plenty of wattage just enough for backup for the house

We bought this 2 months ago during a severe storm, thankfully have not had a reason to use it, but thankful that it operates off gas and propane.

Great Buy! Rolls with ease. After the last storm and dragging an old generator, this was such an ease for me! Definitely recommend if your looking.

Received this as a Christmas present and I can wait to take it to the propoerty. Started it up and everything works.

Just purchased, setup was easy, just completed the 1 hour break in period with no load, will be testing running my house soon. love the dual fuel.

I bought this in Feb and is a perfect gen to meet my needs. I use it for running electrical saws, fans, heater in winter.

Bought it a while back and just took out the box yesterday Followed the easy to understand direction and had it going in less than 30 minutes

Just what I need to backup Texas failing power grid and take to track to keep race car batteries charged as well a RV
