I only bought it a few days ago, and they're not had a chance to use it. But it started up pretty easy and has a nice setup. I really enjoyed the dual fuel option, and the ease with which you can switch between gas and propane.

Just received my new generator. Packaged very nicely, easy assembly. Item came with a quart of oil and wheel kit. Had it together and running within 15 minutes.Runs great, just what was needed to power items in my home during power outages.

I bought an IGEN 4500w duel fuel but my serial number says I bought an openframe 5300 duel fuel. Oh well. I am verify satified. Nice wheels and light so my wife can help lift it.

Bought for the propane running ability and love it, run about 7.5 hour on the small tank I use on my bbq. Easier to haul propane in to the back country then gas and safer

Purchased after losing power from Hurricane Beryl. Fortunately have not had to use it yet, but it arrived earlier than originally expected, and in perfect shape.
