nice generator

just received my generator and am pleased with it. solidly built and should have enough power to run all of my critical items. recently had to throw out a bunch of food due to an extended power outage so this is a welcome addition.

Easy to set up

Needed a larger wattage output from the 4400 watt I have without having to change my wiring in my house so went to almost the max it would take and it was this one. All the reviews pointed to this model. Happy with my choice.

Working great

Have used this a few times for various reasons (running power tools outside of reach of regular power, for camper power, etc). Seems to work very efficiently and has plenty of power. Happy with product for the price - good value.

Very Nice works well

Easy assembly, clear instructions. Nice product. I've never owned a generator so it's a little louder than I thought it would be. Appears to be well made.

Happy With Purchase

Out of the box today. A little tricky to set up, but overall, it went well. Added oil (wasn’t sure how much to add however), a few pulls and it started right up. Planning to use propane so happy it has this option.

great features

Hoping this unit doesn't leak oil like the last. Had to return last one to Westinghouse for a replacement. Time will tell since the last leaked oil after only 1 hr of use. Looking forward to hopefully long life span of new unit.

Great Bonus - dual fuel

Bought this as a backup home generator - had no issues running 2 freezers, 2 fridges, 2 pellet stoves and some lights. Will be adding a transfer switch and going to try to run the deep well and more lights

Easy To Start

Received this from Santa. I'm 95 years old and was concerned if I could start it using the pull cord. I followed the starting procedures and it started like a charm. It generates enough power for my freezer.

easy out of the box

was able to put together with ease out of the box. Did not need any gas to start initially. Pulled 2 times with propane tank hooked up and ran quieter than expected.

4800 watts powered my entire home

I was pleasantly surprised when this WGen5300 powered my entire home with no issues. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a small single family home as a emergency backup generator.
