Only used it once, but it worked great! We lost power and hooked it up to our house and it powered our refrigerator, some lights and outlets. Life saver in a 2-day power outage!

I bought this for the hurricane’s to come. Set it up and it ran beautifully. I’m in Florida and we have had some horrible hurricanes hit us the last year.

Just opened up the other day. Did trial start and ran until out of gas. Tried again next day. Ran for 20 minutes and died. Would not restart and had plenty of gas. Retried again today and would not start. Right now investigating problem.

We have been shopping for a good generator for a while. The 5300 dual fuel is perfect for our rural home and with the help of a heating contractor, able to connect to the home propane system for extended outages.

Unit looks great and seems to be of good quality. Glad it came with wheels and handles. Connected it to a propane tank and it started on the third pull. Pretty quiet while running.

The unit came complete, with wheel kit and easy to follow instructions! Propane line, oil and funnel was included and the dual fuel was definitely a plus! Extremely happy with the purchase and performance of this generator!!!

We lose power at least 7 times per year, I bought this on 2/17, it was delivered on 2/18 and we had a Ice Storm and lost power on 2/22. Works great, I couldn't be happier.
