I just got this today so I don’t know if there are any issues yet. However, it was easy to assemble and I’m really happy it comes with a bit heavier duty wheels and a handle. It’s pretty easy to move around because of this.

Purchased for hurricane season, detailed instructions made this a breeze to setup and store. Break in went well, hope I never have to use it but love I have it.

Love my generator. Replacing a different brand one that did not live to its promises. This unit is as powerful, quieter an smaller in size. Very happy with my purchase and its capabilities.

I bought this a month ago and will use in power outage event. Had electrician install an interlock kit with generator plug and cord so I can power the entire house safely in the event of outage.

The generator runs great, but you need to ignore the quick start guide which says not to prime/choke it to start it. Once you choke/prime it, it starts and runs great.

I have had a previous model of this type of portable generator and was essential during power outages, which is the main reason I got it. These are easy to move, easy to start and provide exactly what they advertise - power when needed.

We bought this item thru an award program thru employer. Quick shipment and easy to read instructions. This is our first generator and are excited to have it.

I've had this now two weeks been running it to power our camper. Seems to be doing its job But it is a bit loud. Other than that it's doing its job well

I have not had to use it yet, but its a solid built unit. Easy to assemble and started on the second pull! Looking forwards to years of good service from this one.

We bought this 2 years ago and has not been reliable at all. I would love to buy a different one but do not have the $. CO sensor keeps shutting it down even in a very well ventilated area. Only runs with gas can top off. Do not buy.
