Got lost on the way and arrived with bent frame.

I ordered this generator for an upcoming winter storm. Ship date said it would be here on a specific day and tracking did not show. I called customer service multiple times and they assured me it would be deliver as scheduled. Had to prompt third representative to contact the shipper and inquire, said they would call back but did not. Had to call again to find out what was happening with delivery. I received the item on to get it with a damaged box and a bent frame. I am incredibly disappointed with this entire transaction. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never had an issues until now.
