This generator saved my butt after hurricane milton. I was pleasantly surprised when a tank of propane lasted almost 12 hours. I was running at about half capacity. Great product and great price. Starts super easy once you read the instructions. That’s very important.

I bought the Westinghouse 5300 dual fuel generator back in March of this year. I bought it because I wanted to be prepared for anything that could cause power disruption or if I needed it on the go. When I opened the box I noticed right away how impressive it looked and it was very easy to set up. I have used it a few times since and it still works perfectly. I am still in awe every time I look at it. Best of all is knowing it is there when I may need it the most especially since it can run off gas or propane.

Well built. Bought it for the dual fuel capability, gas & propane. After opening box I found no power extension cable like I had with my first Westinghouse Generator? Have not powered up this generator yet. Added oil but waiting for a power extension cable.

Only had the generator a short time but, I like the fact that it's dual fuel, has the RV receptacle, and is relatively small for the capabilities it offers. It's a nice-looking unit and started with three pulls out of the box using propane. Time will tell, but pretty happy with it so far!

I purchased this for use during rolling blackouts that occur frequently during hurricane season. It is easy to move around with the included handle and wheels. I like the dual fuel capability since you can switch right over to propane if you run out of gas or there isn't any readily available. All of my appliances are natural gas so it has enough power to run everything but the central air, so I just use a portable ac for extended outages. Enough power to get the job done without being massive and a gas hog.

I purchased this generator for a few reasons. First for home use during blackouts. Second for camping when there is no electric options. I have tested both the gasoline and propane options under loads for both my house (for 5 hrs) and the camper (for 2 hrs) and the generator handles all without issues. for

I am very pleased with this product. We needed it to ensure that my father's medical equipment was able to operate properly during the Texas winters. It's light enough for my mother to move around and the operating instructions are easily understandable. All in all I know that this helps my family sleep better. They know that we are taken care of and for that I thank you.

I Bought this generator this month October 2022. Arrived prior to the expected delivery date which was great. Easy assembly , only needed to add the wheels and oil. Oil was in included. I wait later to add gas. It really looks good. I am not wishing for a power outage however can’t wait to use it. I can just wheel it easy into my garage. I like the duel fuel option of either fuel or propane.

WGen5300DFv Generator is well made, well thought out, pretty much ready to go right out of the box. It was packed very well, no damage. It was easy to assemble the wheels in 5 minutes and it is easy to move around with the convenient handle. Having the dual option of gasoline or propane is a great feature. Would definitely recommend.

As of now, My generator has been excellent. I haven’t yet had the opportunity to really test it during a power outage, or any other time of need, but it came just about fully assembled and without hassle. After installing the wheels and feet, I simply poured in the oil, started it up after a few pulls, and run it through the 1 hour break in cycle without any issues. given the specs and features, I feel confident it will stand up to anything I’d ever need it for.
