We just bought this generator and it is a charm. Cranks easily, runs very well on both gasoline and on propane. While seeming to be a more compact generator (compared to our old one that has less power) this one has quite a good amount of power for everything we would need to use it for. All in all, extremely satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend!

Bought this generator for our camper and as a backup for our house. So far used it for our states southern fair and county fair and it has performed just like it should. The run time exceeded my expectation on a tank of gas. Recommend to anyone showing animals or wanting a well priced generator.

I have just received my generator and got it set up and ready to use. I prepared it for use and started it and let it run for a few minutes and it was easy to start and run very smooth. I bought it for winter power outages as we have them a few times every winter. I think this generator is a great value for the money and output of power it supplies.

I was very pleased to receive the generator. It was packed well and 99% assembled. It's feels very sturdy and is very heavy. All good things. With the wheels and large handle, it's easy to move around. We have not ran it yet to test it but I assume it will be fine as it appears very well bit. I'll provide an additional update when I've had some time with it.

After reviewing several generator options I decided on this model as it fit mu budget and should run our fridge, freezer, TV, a few small fans, and our phone chargers without a large strain. I ran a small test to ensure it works and to gain familiarity with the unit rather than learning during an emergency. The unit is easy to use and provides the power we require. I'm glad I bought the unit after the last three years of storms (lost power for almost two days last year and the same three years ago) although like buying insurance, you hope to never need it!

I just purchased this generator and got it out of the box and set up today. Setup was easy just had to put a couple feet on the front and 2 wheels on the back then attach the propane hose. I started it up for the first time today using a propane tank. I opened the choke and it started on the second pull no problem. Seems to function just fine so far. I will update the review after I have a few hours on it but so far I am happy with this purchase and have no issues at all.

I tried to test the generator using propane, but it would not start. It tried, but backfired and would never start. I had my tank refilled, but I still had the same issue, so I switched to gasoline. I got a backfire again, but then it started. It did not run as smooth as I expected, but I did not have any load on it. Not sure if this is normal or not.

I bought this to connect to a 30 AMP 220v Transfer switch. It powers 3 5000btu A/c units, refrigerator, freezer, wifi, television and a 220v pool pump all running at once with power to spare. To energize a 4500 watt water heater temporally shutting the transfer switch breakers off to all circuits and then turning the hot water heater circuit on from the generator allows the h/w heater to energize and reheat the hot water.

We had an extreme weather event and as a result, lost all electricity for 48 hours. Luckily I was able to purchase this generator from a local big box store and quickly and easily set it up to run my refrigerator. Not only didn't I lose any food, all of the milk that my wife stored for our new son was saved as well. Thank you Westinghouse!
