We bought this bought this after loosing a ton of meat in our freezer when the power was out for a week during the hurricane. Glad to have piece of mind now when purchasing frozen items. The Duel fuel feature is awesome! We may not always have extra gas around, especially if it's not grass cutting season, but we always have at least one full propane tank. I didn't even know they had generators that ran on propane! Very happy with our purchase!

I assembled the wheels and feet, filled it with the included oil and some gas. Choked it and pulled the string. Generator fired right up turned the choke off and it purred like a kitten, maybe a little louder than a kitten… I like the fuel fuel option and I think it will meet my needs just fine.

Returned another manufacturer's generator because it was too heavy to move for our 70 year old selves and got this one which was 100 pounds lighter and MUCH easier to use. We live in the hurricane belt and having a generator for expected power outages is essential. We have yet to use it (it's early in hurricane season) but fully expect it will work well.

Bought this a couple weeks ago. Upon taking it out of the box, filling with oil, and gas. I am happy to report it immediately started up, unlike others I have had in the past. No issues whatsoever. Hoping not to have to use it with hurricane season, but happy to have a reliable unit if needed.

Have bought Westinghouse products previously without disappointment. Hurricane season is bearing down again, so needed a replacement for my inverter. Pleased to have a dual fuel option and longer running time since getting gasoline after a storm is unreliable with the roads closed for days or longer. Hope to have no major storms this year, but glad to have some piece of mind for my comfort/well-being if they come.

I bought this dual-fuel generator before winter set in and had to use it in February and in July when our power went out for a day. LP was easy to start up and switching to gasoline was not a problem. The price was right and the dual-fuel feature was key to my purchase. It runs a little loud and you have to make sure it is on a flat surface as it will naturally vibrate around a bit.

Very helpful when our power went out this past winter.
