This generator came well packaged and in a timely manner. I ordered it on a Wednesday, and it came in the next Monday. I hooked it up to propane and let the motor run for one hour with out a load. This is the recommend break-in period. I then plugged in my leaf blower, and it power the blower easily. It ran more quiet than my old Coleman generator that played out on the first day of the Oklahoma ice storm. Electricity was already restored, therefore, I did not need the generator to power my freezers. I will be able to use it around the ranch for now. Next electricity outage look out, I will be ready with my 5300DFv

I bought this a month ago to prepare for the coming bad weather in Lawton ok. I was glad that I have the piece of mind in case electric went out ( blackout) which happen a couple of times. The good things in this generator is it runs in gas and propane.

Had a power outage due to strong winds and thunder storm. Power want out for more than a day and started to panic because was afraid food would spoil. Noticed niegbor had a portable generator connected to his fridge , portable lights and TV. Decide to purchase one , man it was the best investment ever made.

Me and hubs are bracing for this hurricane 🌀 Idalia to come towards us on the Gulf Coast. I love how sturdy this is. I also love the price on this bad boy. We're not wishing to lose power, but you me and everybody knows when you lose power for days, sweating your bum off, burning out the candles, boredom after an hour with your crazy family. This is our first generator and it has worked flawlessly. We have used it on quite a few camping trips with our toy hauler in weather ranging from 60 degrees to 115 degrees. It works great in all conditions and is very easy to use and maintain. Highly recommended product, you will not be disappointed.

The Westinghouse Generator was easy to unpack and install the wheels and other components. Easy instructions. The generator started right up and has been working well. It is easy to store. The handle attached to the generator helps the generator to be very moveable. A great purchase and we are happy with getting this Westinghouse Generator.

The instructions on how to set up & start the generator were easy to read & understand. Very little work was needed to do this. There were no issues with adding fluid EXCEPT the enclosed funnel (needed to add the oil) should be a couple of inches longer to make it easier. The funnel, when attached, is at a low angle making spills possible. I needed to have a rag under the funnel when adding oil to catch any spillage.

Just received this today. Purchased in prep of what is supposed to be a really busy hurricane season. Had purchased a very shallow shed to store it last week and needed a generator that would fit into a space that was only 26" deep. This generator worked perfectly. Also purchased this particular model because I wanted one that would run on propane as well as gas (propane is easier for us to store).

Brought home yesterday. Read starting instructions. Added oil with very useful included funnel. Added gas. Power switch on. Gasoline valve on. Choke on. Started third pull. Backed off choke. Ran beautifully. 122 volts. Hooked up a heater and rpm barely changed. Super easy and quite satisfied. Has all the features you'd want.
