I bought yesterday, unboxed today. I'm happy it came with a bottle of oil with the exact amount so the level was between high and low. the wheels and rubber feet were easy to assemble. it came with a wrench, and spark plug wrench, and adaptor for using propane.

Just purchased the 5300DFcv Dual fuel generator. It is very easy to setup. Comparing with another inverter generator that I have, this generator has all controls at easy access locations, It is easy to fill/remove the engine oil. Also it is very easy to drain the gas when put generator in long term storage. One of the reason that I purchased this item is that it can use BOTH gas and propane tank. It provides some redundancy. To use the generator for a short time, propane tank is very easy to hook up, and disconnect after use. You do not need to worry about draining the fuel when using gas. Using gas provide more power and is more suitable for power outage for an extended time.

I purchased this generator given that I’m in Florida and hurricane season always is right around the counter. This is a great unit love the options to run off of propane or gas as well. Haven’t had 1 issue with the unit yet. Buy with confidence, everyone should have a generator!!!

I just bought this generator and did the break-in procedure, which I found on YouTube. So far it's been good. A draw back is where the oil change port is located. Being located above part of the frame makes an oil change a very messy job. Beyond that, it was easy to start up from cold.

Arrived promptly. Very little assembly. Just added oil and fuel. It cranked with ease. Love the dual fuel. Fairly quiet. Seems quieter on LP. Pretty light weight for the wattage. Have not used for outage yet. However, if it works half as good as it looks. I'll be happy.

WGen5300DFv, This generator ran all my electrical needs at one time pulling 3000watts like it was nothing. I hooked up my autotransformer Guard Dog surge protector it detected no faults and I was able to see the load in watts and amps put on the generator every time we added an appliance to the electrical load. For the price you get a three year warranty from the manufacture. I love the dual fuel option I only use propane it keeps the generator lighter and I don't have to worry about draining the fuel from the carburetor. The only thing I can complain about is it's not a quiet generator but I knew that when I bought it. It is a Great Value we placed the generator on the back driver side corner. We could sit out front under the awning and have normal conversation without raising our voices but you can hear the droning on of the generator in the background. Plus now we have a generator at the house for power outages so far I would recommend the Wgen5300DFv for an RV and a back up power plan in a power outage! (I hope to post an update after about 6 months or a year of usage)

Last mount here in Katy Texas we were hit by a tornado and my in-laws let us use there Wgen5300DFcv and it ran the essentials and a portable A/C unit keeping my 10-month-old happy. This past Saturday I went and Bought the Wgen5300DFcv in preparation for hurricane Beryl. I recommend this generator to everyone

This generator came in hand in our times of need! Our lights went out and I was able to assemble the unit and have it up and running within 20 minutes. It powered all of our essential units needed to keep our family warm from our winter storm. Excellent and reliable product!

After the TX power grid failed us last year, we decided to get better prepared this year. We just purchased the generator last week and have only tested it with propane. It started right away on the first pull. I really like the dual fuel option! It was a bit loud and I can only imagine how much louder it will sound when the whole neighborhood is without power, but oh well, at least we’re prepared! It’s also pretty heavy so I definitely recommend getting the model with the wheels. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

this unit will get you through a power outage nicely !!! love the dual fuel capability gives you another option in an emergency situation !!! only take away it's a little louder than i thought it be, but is not a deal breaker, i'd still purchase it again.
