Got this for a hard freeze in December. Luckily didn't need it, but went ahead and tested thoroughly and "broke" it in like the instructions recommended. Ran our full size refrigerator, short deep freeze, a floor lamp and both of our FlashFish portable power stations for later use. Did that for 6+ hours and everything worked great and the FlashFish got a full charge just as if they were plugged into the home A/C. Love it and the fact that we didn't spend thousands on a Generac that's only needed occasionally. And feel some much more secure now with possible future Southeast Texas outages from hard freezes and/or hurricanes.

I bought this after the first of two hurricanes this season. Had borrowed a friends small boat generator and was swapping freezer to refrigerator every 2-3 hours between fueling to keep from loosing perishable items again. Bought this and when needed, setup was simple, efficient on fuel and ran everything I needed without the headaches of swapping cables. Worth the price.

We just bought this and are so pleased with the duel fuel option. We love the versatility and ease of switching back and forth between gas and propane. We store a lot of propane, so this generator was a must for us. It's easy to use and works great.

This generator has great features and can be operated on either propane or gasoline. Being able to run on propane is great if you want to test run the generator as you don't have to drain the gas out to place it back into storage. The data center is great for keeping track of run hours so you know when to perform maintenance tasks.

Gotas my first generator was impressed that it was dual fuel. Tried to start it with propane. Would not start .when you turn the propane off then turn the machine over. It seem like it wanted to start. Turn gas on. Wouldn't start. If it was just run on propane alone I would give it five stars

As a Women Business owner with no experience in Generators I feel amazed of how easy assembly was and to start the generator. I followed the instructions on the how to start and didn’t have any trouble doing it my self. It is heavy for me to lift but thanks to the wheels I can pull or push it anywhere I want. Thank you for this amazing product

i have been researching which generator to buy. i fell in love with all the features and benefits the wgen5300dfv has to offer . some one else told me about it and i immediately opted to buy it. lets not forget the feature of switching from gas to propane. How awesome is that! Thanks, EM

I have not used this generator yet. I just opened the box and assembled the wheels and the feet. I noticed they have removed the wheel bearings from this design to save money. Shaft goes thru the plastic wheel now. Product arrived in good shape. No paint missing or no dented metal that I can see on inspection.

This is just what I was looking for in a generator. Easy to start and uses both gas or propane. Really puts out some power but isn’t too loud. Love that it’s not overly large. The older generator this is replacing didn’t put out this much power and was much heavier. So far very happy with my purchase. As a bonus they are sending me a cover for the generator for filling out the warranty info.

I bought this for two reasons. One for backwoods power if needed. I weighed the size vs output capabilities and unfortunately i cannot close the tonneau cover in my truck. It's 2 inches too tall. The second reason was for backup power which could provide my family necessities for a couple weeks with limited/selective use. Excellent product and now have a sense of security and power when ever i need it....anywhere.
