i have been looking at robot vaccums for a long time. i finally decided on this one. let me tell you! i am a family of 5 woth two shedding dogs and 2 cats. my floors gave me so much anxiety. always covered in fur. this vacuum is amazing! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The vacuuming part works great but the mopping lacks for sure. You can still see my dog paw prints on my LVP flooring after moping. Had I known the mopping wasn’t great for my house, I would have saved my money and bought just the vacuum one. Still happy enough with my purchase.

Impressive, especially for the low cost! My other name brand robot vacuum broke after 3 years so being in a crunch I purchased this one on sale. BEST DECISION EVER! I love how it uses the laser tech to map my home. Far superior to ones that only use cameras for mapping. Emptying to bin is easy and dust free as the bags automatically seal themselves when removed from the bin.

It doesn't mop well but it is a fast and thorough vacuum that never gets stuck. Quick set up and conncet to WiFi which is more than I can say for the Roomba I returned. Price was good for having the self empty feature, despite mopping being weak. I dont have challenging dirt, just a lot of hardwood that i want clean.

Overall, I like this robot, especially the price. It can mop and wipe the floor very clean, saving my wife and me a lot of time. The only reason that I take off one star is that the robot always needs to run around across the carpet and get back charging. Don't know why it cannot remember the route.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "I've only had it a few days and haven't really put it to use, but startup, app, and robot are simple to use, easy to put together, and seem to work well. The only hiccup is the app is a little confusing. The robot took off to start cleaning immediately and had a bit of a problem getting back onto the docking area. It did eventually get back on but had to be put in ""do not disturb"" mode to get it to charge before mapping it out. It almost seemed like ut had a mind of its own lol."

Purchased this mid March and honestly had wrote an amazing review directly on the website( but thankfully now, realized I never clicked the submit button). I really thought I finally found an amazing vacuum after many other disappointing purchases of others. I even had just purchased one for my Mother and Grandmother… but literally my original 2.5 month old vacuum started failing one day after those purchases… so disappointed!!

To go machine at this price point. I have been using since 10 days and no complaints. Nice Job. The only issue is these all (including other brands) robot systems do not work on shag thick kind of carpets. If you are targeting to use there then be aware.

This is my third robot vacuum and this is BY FAR the best. This thing will avoid ALL obstacles. Also, you can set the areas that the vacuum should avoid vacuuming OR mopping. Mopping feature is pretty good too. This is my second ecovacs vacuum. They are a solid company. Glad I went ahead and pulled the trigger on this.
