Versatile vacuum handles large areas on a single charge. Mop function works well assuming normal dust levels. Multiple vacuum and mop fluid options work well, only need to insure there are no loose cords in its path like any normal vacuum with beater bar. Great value!

It does a good job at short pile carpet/rugs. Sometimes on hardwood or laminate, the front sweepers kick the dirt to the side. But all in all auction is good. Don’t use the mopping function on this so I can’t tell if that’s worth having. The only issue I have is the settings allows the dust bin to empty every 20, 25 or 35 min. I think it should do 10 or 15 min as well but it doesn’t. We have 2 cats and a dog and we find ourselves emoting the dust bin manually during the cleaning cycle. I would not recommend if you have pets unless they can come up with shorter dust bin empty times.

I'm disabled and have pets and kids in the house. I used to vacuum every day and now can't. this has saved my sanity. it took a little time in the beginning because the directions suck and the website is no use, I finally went on YouTube. I haven't tried the mop part yet but even if that part is crap I will still love my bot.

The previous model did a terrific job for us, but finally got tired after 3 years of running daily. Our new N8+ has additional features, include positioning, mopping, self dumping. So far, I am extremely pleased with its performance and upgraded functions at a reasonable price I trust I made the right choice.

It's a low quality vacuum. The performance was very disappointing and the mop is practically useless. I returned it after using it for a week. 75% of the time, it complained of either being stuck or needing to clean up basket. The room Mapping software is the worst I have ever seen.

This is a higher end tech product for many homeowners, and it has some challenges with its ability to adapt to every situation it encounters. A few mishaps but very typical for a self driving device.

Very impressed with the vacuum. It sucks up a lot and the self emptying station is great! However this vacuum does need assistance if you have a big house. Sometimes I have to empty the tray manually, and I have to remove the hair from the vacuum. Overall I’m an not impressed with the mop feature! It sucks, doesn’t do a great job. Basically it just drags around a wet pad. If this vacuum was full price I would have been angry and said not worth it! Since I got it on sale I’m okay with what it is.

Works great and solid for the price point. Once you set up and have your map created, it works well. Time to time it loses the map though so I've had to reset the map or move the vacuum to another room away from the docking station and it refound the map. Nice to have a mopping function too. Better than not mopping at all! You can also set up no vacuum and no mop zones.

This was my 5th Deebot N8 that I have purchased. I have returned all of them. The last one I bought in December 2023, was the worst. The suction function did not come on for carpets and it could not find the charging station even though it was sitting next to it. It cleaned the same spots of the floor over and over again for about 10 minutes before it continued to the rest of the floors. I do not recommend this robot vacuum cleaner!

for the price its ok but there is no scrubbere for the front do the mop, all it dose is drag accross the floor it dont actually mop. and the robot if you have a carpet ir rug dont like to go over the lip so it wont vacume over the carpets or rugs. so id recommended getting a mop and vacuum separately qnd the mop gwt the scrubbers for the front. this one is a no go for me.
