It's a low quality vacuum. The performance was very disappointing and the mop is practically useless. I returned it after using it for a week. 75% of the time, it complained of either being stuck or needing to clean up basket. The room Mapping software is the worst I have ever seen.

Impressive, especially for the low cost! My other name brand robot vacuum broke after 3 years so being in a crunch I purchased this one on sale. BEST DECISION EVER! I love how it uses the laser tech to map my home. Far superior to ones that only use cameras for mapping. Emptying to bin is easy and dust free as the bags automatically seal themselves when removed from the bin.

This robot vac/mop is so much smarter and more efficient than our old Shark ION. it truly maps the house so there is no constant bumping into things, the vacuum suction is way stronger, the vac and the app are much smarter and more reliable. The mopping feature works great too. I highly recommend this vac. Our old shark vac has been relegated to a single room in the house that our new one can't get to.

i love it!!had another before this and it just didnt seem like it actually did anything. This one is amazing i have 2 kids 3 dogs and a cat and always had hair and dirt everywhere. now i dont,i can walk around barefoot and i love it. makes single mom life easier and its amzing.

We got this and so far we like it a lot. It is having trouble mapping our house though ... as while we have a lot of space, it is also cluttered with cats and kids. Today, the cats trapped it twice with cat toys. Check the beater bar and tubing regularly for blockage. It wasn't picking up, and I found it was caked with long strands of hair, a piece of glass, tons of new cheap carpet fuzz, plastic candy wrappers, and twist ties. Once I got the flow going again .. it ran much better. We've tried the mopping thing. It does OK. But maybe we still haven't figured it out. You do have to install the map pad. Do we love it? We aren't yet sure, it doesn't fit under any of our furniture, gets trapped on wires and chair legs, and can get lost if you walk in front of it. But our floor walkways are cleaner. It does return to the base on its own, though our space is less than required, but it is the most open spot in the house. We are unpacking from a move and decluttering, so hopefully we will find a better place for it soon. Overall, we are happy enough with it, but a little concerned about how often we will need to rebuy bags for it.

for the price its ok but there is no scrubbere for the front do the mop, all it dose is drag accross the floor it dont actually mop. and the robot if you have a carpet ir rug dont like to go over the lip so it wont vacume over the carpets or rugs. so id recommended getting a mop and vacuum separately qnd the mop gwt the scrubbers for the front. this one is a no go for me.

Works great and solid for the price point. Once you set up and have your map created, it works well. Time to time it loses the map though so I've had to reset the map or move the vacuum to another room away from the docking station and it refound the map. Nice to have a mopping function too. Better than not mopping at all! You can also set up no vacuum and no mop zones.

Great item,I love it,it was easy to set up and start using it,it works great ,I use it every day and it keeps my rugs clean and looking good ,the best part is that I don't have to do it ,save me a lot of work and time ,just use the app in your phone and send it to clean and he puts it self away when it is done cleaning and the sale price I got was great,at any price it is a good value for your money.

I love how they stand behind their product. i had an issue and they sent a replacement right away. this vacuum is amazing!!! Saves me so much time and has my floors super clean. I still mop because the mop is a simple dampening that helps a tad bit, but you gotta mop gor a really clean floor. i highly recommend this.

For 270 bucks (offer price) it may worth it. It is not great on carpets. it wont clean in straight lines and lot of missed spots. 25 Sq Ft cleaned 50% battery drained on carpet floor, so just imagine how many times it need get recharged before it can clean whole house. Not powerful suction either.
