This vacuum has changed our lives. We’ve got 4 animals- 3 cats and a dog- and a household member with major allergies. It required us to vacuum manually at least every other day to stay sane. And with both of us working stressful jobs, there was no way that was getting done regularly. We got this vacuum first a few years ago, and it kept our floors fur- and litter-free. It’s a miracle, honestly. I clean the robot and put it to mop once a week to keep it working well and the floors clean. I also make sure to replace parts as often as it requests through the app (app keeps up with machine run-time to know when to replace). It worked flawlessly for a few years that way until it had a main brush malfunction. We sent it off for repair (we got the 3-year extended warranty) and it could not be fixed (heartbreaking, honestly). When given money back, we purchased the same make and model, because it just works. I’d highly recommend this robot (we call her Ripley) to any and everyone.

Finally got this robot vac set up and working. Problem is. When it returns to its station and says it is emptying. The vacuum starts up lots of wind. But don’t clean out the robot vacuum. It’s still full and I have to manually clean it out. Don’t pick up any thing but lint and puppy hair off the floor and when it goes from tile to carpet it leaves all of its dirt at the edge of the carpet. That sucks and it not worth the $431.99 I had to pay fir it. At the store today I could have bought the same robot vac fir $199.00 same one I paid $431.99 fir. No more on line ordering for me. Thanks for nothing. I have it one Star si I could make this comment. But it get zero. From me. A waste of money.

I'm really not sure why it's taking me that long to own one of these... But, BABY when I tell you this is my bot and I treat it better than some family members. Let me tell you...not sur about the rest but DEEBOT has been adopted into our family. (Period) Wish I could feed it more than dust...come over here and get some of this peach cobbler!!!

I have three dogs and it does great on keeping up with the hair and dirt from the dogs however it has a mopping feature, but you can only put distilled water in it. So it doesn’t really clean the floors and if there is some thing on the floor it smears it all around. So you have to spot clean first or then you got a clean everything and it’s a big mess but that’s the only negative.

Well I just love this I had a cheaper robot vacuum seen this I’m so glad I bought it. It is very smart and the best thing ever it empties its self. This is the best. Thanks Walmart for your sale. I would recommend anyone to buy this vacuum. Very satisfied.

PROS: strong %26 fast w/ pleasant voice updates CONS: minor interventions needed for main features: you will eventually have auto-emptying issues if device is cleaning long pet hair (solved via REDDIT!) %26 the mop cover on my device does not even reach the floor without stuffing material between cover %26 plate I gave five stars because of (sale) price %26 reasonable customer service w/ insurer when adding past 30 day period.

It is supposed to vacuum and mop. It sprays a little water, but does not mop. It also has a very short battery life. I tried to use it, but no success. I did. It realize I only had a month to return it or I would have. It was a stretch giving it one star.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried robo vacuums in the past from different brands, and they did not work very well.. After receiving the ECOVACS DEEBOT N8+, the first thing I noticed was the superior quality materials, the overall setup process was very intuitive and easy to understand.

The robot sometimes bugs out over carpet with large dark spots; moreover, I assume it is the anti-drop sensors that are kicking in, making the robot think that there is a cliff beneath it. There are also some glitches, here and there, but none super serious. Good overall robot.

I love how they stand behind their product. i had an issue and they sent a replacement right away. this vacuum is amazing!!! Saves me so much time and has my floors super clean. I still mop because the mop is a simple dampening that helps a tad bit, but you gotta mop gor a really clean floor. i highly recommend this.
