This was an upgrade. Love the way this robot maps out each room and how easy it is to pick the area’s you want to do on a schedule. Hits ever inch of the floor. Empties itself is nice feature but a little loud. Have not used the mop yet.

Definitely worth the money, it is self cleaning, it lets you know if something is caught, it’s quite, you can set it to run at certain times. Love love love it

I love it. Being technically challenged, I had my adult daughter set it up. it vacuumed so well. it vacuums bedroom, under the bed, where I couldn't get to with my regular vacuum.

It works well, it does not disturb the occupants of the home. Any issues like the machine stalling or hairs getting caught in the brushes are easily resolved and the machine continues to work. I like it.

Set up was a real pain as others have said. Finally figures out (by actually reading instructions!) that you have to turn off mobile data on your cell phone. Took a couple runs to map whole house. Now seems to be doing quite well.

I wish I could still return this. This was the second one we got since I thought there was a glitch with the first one. Not a glitch. It doesn’t empty itself out. We run it almost daily and it still hasn’t memorized the floor after 4 months of use.

It keeps getting knocked off he wifi. Not sure why. When its up and running its perfect. I have 4 huskies. So as long as I make sure its empty after every clean its good. But like I said it gets knocked off the wifi and hard to reset.

This vacuum is effective and quiet as a vacuum. It does a good job at emptying itself. It is not very effect as a mop. I give the vacuum feature a 5 and mop feature a 3. For the price it is a good value.

It doesn’t work properly, it doesn’t match with the instructions. I put the room I wanted to be cleaned only cleaned for 2 min and stopped and some room was 1 min.

This robot keeps my everyday cleaning at breeze and mop feature is even better to do full cleaning for hardword floors or spot cleaning with the app by selecting an area. It isn't very loud but you will know it's in the background doing it's job.
