Set up was a real pain as others have said. Finally figures out (by actually reading instructions!) that you have to turn off mobile data on your cell phone. Took a couple runs to map whole house. Now seems to be doing quite well.

This was an upgrade. Love the way this robot maps out each room and how easy it is to pick the area’s you want to do on a schedule. Hits ever inch of the floor. Empties itself is nice feature but a little loud. Have not used the mop yet.

vacuum works great I love it, mop is not that great water tank started malfunctioning after 2 months, trying to swap it without vendor. I still love the app.

Exactly as great as you’d think having a robot clean your floors would be!!! Sure it’s get stuck some and you gotta clean up your cords but still best money I’ve ever spent!!

I love it. Being technically challenged, I had my adult daughter set it up. it vacuumed so well. it vacuums bedroom, under the bed, where I couldn't get to with my regular vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does an excellent job cleaning and the setup process was simple. The operating noise is minimal to the point that it doesn't disturb you even if it's in the same room.

Got this for my mom for Christmas because she loved my X1 Omni from ecovac. I set it up for her and got it connected to her phone and away it went! She loves this thing! Another wonderful Ecovacs product!

It works great for daily cleaning, help keep the house tidy and make sure I don’t have to sweep. Mopping it gets rid of foot prints. I will still need to deep clean mop, but no more sweeping

Extremely difficult to program and didn't operate as indicated. Frustrating and did not perform according to the instructions included with the product.

I wish I could still return this. This was the second one we got since I thought there was a glitch with the first one. Not a glitch. It doesn’t empty itself out. We run it almost daily and it still hasn’t memorized the floor after 4 months of use.
