Subwoofer was defective and only played static. Worked with LG support and ultimately had to return it. The stand was also missing, so no love for NewEgg as a seller either. It’s a shame because I really wanted this to go with my new LG C4, but the combination of those two things lost me as a customer of LG, Walmart, and NewEgg all in one horrible purchase and subsequent return.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Sound Bar was very easy to install. Even unboxing was very nice. Well organised, and easy to figure out what went where. Installing just required an HDMI cable into the TV's HDMI/ARC port, and selecting the input on the bar. Everything worked well from the start. It took a bit to figure out the volume settings at first, but it was fairly intuitive. One of the problems I had was the sparsity of configuration information. Once plugged in, there is no way to contour the audio. You can't alter the EQ much, or vary the "front", "side", ATMOS properties. Overall, it presented a nice image, but seemed a bit heavy on the mid high frequencies. I must admit, I am a strong user of a full range speaker set up, but I felt a bit disappointed in the overall tonality of the bar. Perhaps there are controls I am not yet aware of, or maybe a software update to address these areas. Once again, the lack of configuration information was an issue. This would still be a great system for small rooms, or apartment dwellers though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently wanted to upgrade my soundbar to match my new 77” OLED Evo C2 TV. Such an easy set up. Only one HDMI cable and the power cord. The sound is amazing for regular TV and movies. All the sound settings are great for different experiences such as for sports, music, etc…

Got the USC9S soundbar for free when purchased lg oled65g46ls TV. Definitely a big improvement on the TV speakers and sub adds booming bass. Great depth to sound with films in Dolby Atmos. Overall, happy with performance as soundbar was free but not so sure I would want to pay the full retail price for this unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] SC9S Soundbar-Immersive Entertainment Experience: I am happy to say I am very impressed with the quality of the sound emanating from this soundbar. It is robust and rich with no tin-sounding noises. The Soundbar was easy to hook up onto the tv and sits nicely on the included shelf. It goes perfectly with the TV. The setup was easy and the speakers can be put almost anywhere. It makes the TV sound like you are in a movie theater. I really love the soundbar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG SC9S SoundBar, First off, let me say that the SC9S, was something that I was looking forward too and it didn't disappoint me... Easy to link up with the tv. I’m not a sound expert, but I can tell you the sound is clear and crisp and the bass will fill the room. It's also got some great bluetooth and wifi functionality. Bluetooth works as expected, make sure to set your soundbar up to only be discoverable when on your wifi network. If you have many neighbors this will help reduce unwanted connectivity blasting their music of choice. LG could make the experience even better if they came out with a TV remote that could control the sound bar as well, eliminating the need for a second remote. I'm very happy with this soundbar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not happy when you say the sound bar comes with a wow bracket yes it does but you said it's for the C Series so why wasn't the 48 inch model included. So my next tv yes it will an LG as you make great TV's. It's going to be a 55 inch. C Series now I have the soundbar I wanted but then I get to use the wow bracket.

Excellent quality and sound. And since I have now added LG SPQ8-S WIRELESS REAR SPEAKERS it completes the system which gives excellent sound whatever you use it for. It was very easy to set up. I received the item which was well packed at a great price during black friday. Very happy with this.

Brought this with a tv tbey work very well together
