The employees were friendly. The good part stopped there. First I got a message telling to schedule the installation of my tires. I call, and I’m transferred to a call center where the employees barely spoke English. They scheduled the installation, but contacted me two hours before to tell me they didn’t have all the tires and I would have to reschedule when the fourth tire would come in. I never received a phone call to tell me it was in. Every time I called, you guessed it, right back to the call center. I had to go to the store and find out that the fourth tire was never ordered. It was ordered but I never received a call to have them installed. I had to make another trip to find out that it was there, but could not be installed that day. I came back another day and had an appointment for 12:00. I was on my lunch hour. After 45 minutes I was told they were still working on it, but it had already been started so I couldn’t leave and it look another hour. The people I spoke with face to face were pleasant but I will tell everyone to stay away from Sam’s when you need tires.

Listen, our Ford Explorer got almost 60 thousand miles out of the first set of Goodyear Fortera tires. Those replaced the OE tires that came with the car which were worn at 35K. We have a set of another brand on an identical Explorer. There is no comparison. The other brand wobbles and seems weak in the corners and you can see it in the sidewalls. The Fortera is smooth, handles way better on a somewhat large SUV and the traction is right up there. I literally have to drive slower in the mountains with the other Explorer because it feels so much "looser". If I wear these out I'll order some more.

I have a 2007 Jeep Commander I bought in 2008 with 6000 miles on it. I have no idea what kind of tires were on it originally, but when I replaced them in 2012, I bought the Fortera HL's. I have since put on another 100K miles on that set since purchasing and am just now having to replace them. These tires have taken me from MN to New York City, Philly, and even Atlanta numerous without any issues. Nice, smooth drive. Had them rotated only twice in all that time. Probably could have eeked out a few more miles if I had them rotated more often, but I am quite happy with their performance. Looking forward to many more miles with this new set!

These tires came on my Jeep from the Factory. They have held up much better then I expected with tread wear, I've rotated them about every 10K Mi and with 40K miles they are not very worn. Looking at other times these size, the MSRP is not that bad either.

I have almost 70k miles on my 2014 Jeep Summit, and these tires are the best I've ever had. They came new on the car when I purchased and have not needed any maintenance. We traveled across the country many times, never needed to add air between 10k mile servicing; and honestly I never rotated them. What more can you ask for! I'm purchasing these tires again. I just replaced my factory set which had 99K mostly hwy miles....never any issues and still had a little life but wanted to replace before the Michigan winter. I would highly recommend for a good SUV tire. I did rotate about every 6-12K miles early on but not of late. I had 4/32" left when I purchased the new ones

Service was great and they had me in and out in less than an hour.

The tires don't last! Wore out at 18,000 miles. They Are 60,000 mile tires . In the rain this tire is horrible!

I bought these tires over a year ago and it was the best purchase I made on tires in a long run, I would recommend them to everyone to buy!

Smooth riding tire. Great traction during winter and summer months. Love this tire. Will not go with any other on my explorer.
