Tires came on my new 2015 Jeep Grand cherokee - vehic currently only has 18k and some change on it and tires are worn and not even any good in the rain. Last trip in 2017 in the snow it was all over the place and as of recently even at low speeds on wet roads the vehicle seems to slide ...

Bad tread wear / bad traction

Absouletly the worst experience i have ever had at any place of service. I purchased 1 tire and wanted it installed. Waited for over 2 hours and was finally told they couldnt take the spare off the vehicle because three of the lugs were cross threaded. After a heated argument i took the car home used my jack and lug wrench took the lug nuts off with no problem and put the new tire on.
