The staff was great, service was quick and tires are great. Staff took the time to research tires based on my needs and were able to find the cheapest alternative and installed them within an hour.

Was a replacement tire for a tire that had a screw. This tire was the same as the tire i replaced and work as advertised. Very quick turn around and out the door. Already bought 4 more Goodyear tires for my other Vehicle. Thanks

Tires have 55,550 miles on them and are very noisy. The ride is Good, but a lot of road noise. GOING TO TRY A DIFFERENT TIRE, HOPEFULLY WILL STAY WITH GOODYEAR, NOT SURE THOUGH. I will do some research first before buying.

Never had to balance the tire since new, just rotation every 7500 miles. They have more than 65,000 miles in my SUV and perhaps one more years of more service which will be around 12K to 15k more. Very quiet. Excellent in all weather.

I have driven the vehicle for 122,000 km on a new set of GY Fortera installed on my my brand new Buick Enclave back in 2008.I will buy a new set of the same tires this coming fall.The ride was quite, firm and comfortable.

These tires have lasted 8 years through hot summers and icy winters and just now need to be replaced! Driven on paved streets, rock roads and Interstates......same great ride and traction..

I am very disappointed with the life of the tires. I bought the car new and was shocked to hear that I would probably have to replace the tires to pass inspection in March.

Tire is as unacceptably noisy as the recalled Firestone tires I had on an Explorer back in yr 1995-2004. Replaced these with a set of Michelin M/S. I would like a recommended replacement. These are terrible. I am a retired engineer and Director/Manager with 60 yrs of driving/car ownership experience

The tires were fine. However... you did not do an alingment. Your company didn't even call me to tell me if I needed one or not. Now I have to take the car back, take time off work again for something that should have been done when I was there. It wasn't even offered so I assumed it was done. Did my own follow up to determined it had not been done. I have been going here for awhile but will no longer return.

I’m on my 2nd set of Goodyear Fortera HL 265/50R20. Both sets last 60k miles. I love that Sams Club will rotate and balance every 6k miles. I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 4x4. Mostly street and highway driving… they are quiet and efficient. I drive off-road and snow, but not a lot. About to order my 3rd set…. Yes, I drive a lot. I’m a big Goodyear tire fan, these Fortera HL’s don’t let me down!
