too difficult to change sleep positions

I have had this a month. I really like it. I love the cool touch side. And the weight is perfect. I sleep so much better than without it. I can't rate for longevity or washing the outer layer since I haven't owned it that long. But so far I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always use a weighted blanket at night. Sometimes I get way too hot and end up kicking it off. The idea of a cooling weighted blanket is genius. It is really cooling. I also like that the other side of the blanket is super soft, so if I don't need the cooling feature I can flip it over.

The weight of the blanket is perfect and makes naps extra cozy! The cooling features are great, I’ve used other weighted blankets that are too hot but this one is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a child with sensory processing disorder and she likes to use weighted blankets. They help her rest better and feel calmer. However, they often make her hot. That's her number 1 complaint. The tranquility cool to the touch weighted blanket has really helped her. She's not as hot, she still has the pressure from the weighted blanket to get the sensory input she needs and I can remove the cover and wash it if she gets anything on it. I really like being able to remove the cover. Let's be honest, kids can be stinky so being able to remove the cover and give it a good wash really helps. It helps keep her blanket clean and fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually tried this out because my husband wanted to. I never thought for a moment that I would like a weighted blanket, I was wrong! To my surprise, I slept great, and the blanket felt very comfortable. One side of the blanket is a beautiful grey and incredibly soft to the touch, and the other side is a lighter grey and feels a lot cooler. I am definitely enjoying the fuzzier side at the moment being that it is freezing outside, but I do look forward to flipping the blanket to cool side down for the warmer months ahead. I love how easy it is to wash the outer cover. It has a zipper closure that is easily removed for washing. I am actually glad that I gave this weighted blanket a shot. I’ve never really had any trouble sleeping, however this did give me a new sense of comfort. I am so glad I tried this out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the ‘Tranquility - Tranquility Cool-to-the-Touch Weighted Blanket, 12 lbs.’ with my son in mind.. He wanted a weighted blanket, but he also sleeps very hot. He said that the blanket does not make him hot and it’s pretty comfortable to sleep with. I gave it a four star rating because of the amount of ties that are on the inside to connect the weighted blanket to the duvet cover. I don’t even have that many ties on my king size weighted blanket.

My only complaint is that I wish it was just a tad bit bigger but other than that it was perfect. A neutral color. Definitely perfect for movie nights on the couch at the house. Especially when I'm watching horror movies alone I like the feeling of me being hugged during the movie.
