Simply squeeze to loosen the clumps, easily open pouch, and you can microwave directly in in the pouch. The pouch is 17.3 oz family size, so it makes plenty. The taste is delicious and the texture is great!

The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the middle part of the rice was still cold when I took it out of the microwave, however that was an easy fix, I just put it back in the microwave for a few seconds longer.

Super fast and convenient it's already ready when I don't have time to make rice. It has bits of tomatoes and peppers and I just added some salt to taste.
