We made this when we had tacos one night and it was a wonderful addition to the plate. Will definitely get it again

I normally LOOOOOOOOOVE this rice but i just finished cooking it and it looked like this. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Can anyone tell me why?? Is it mold??? 😳 The expiration date isn't until March, though and i bought it today. 🤔

I had purchsed the Ben's Original Jasmine and it was very tasty. This one I did not like as the flavors are not Hispanic or Spanish. The cumin spice is too strong. Certainly will not purchased again.
