[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pretzels are one of the best I have ever had. It has the perfect amount of flavor. The pretzels are the perfect size. I definitely will be buying more. So delicious. It was the perfect snack by the pool!

the taste is okay but the salt is way too much. I am not a snaking person but when i first tried the original pretzel was a game changer but when i saw how sodium is on stick i said nah i can do that to my body. Question for Hershey's Do you guys care about people with hypertension? Do you like us (people with BP) to drop dead rather than reduce the sodium intake? Make anther flavor with reduced sodium or no sodium... Thank you

I'm genuinely very upset in the decline in flavor and quality of Dot's original pretzels over the last few years. At first, I thought I was getting random bags that just weren't as flavorful, but now, every bag I purchase is a disappointment. There's clearly been a decline in the quality of product or the recipe has changed (and not for the better). If you have been enjoying Dot's for several years, I do not recommend buying any current product.

So continues the trend of putting money above everything else! Was shocked and super disappointed to see that "Dot" sold her product and business to Mega Box Brand Hershey. Don't be fooled that Hershey has kept the name "Dot Pretzels ." This tactic is just to keep us buying the product. The truth of the matter is that these Pretzels now taste like poop!! Thanks Dot, hope you're enjoying your Pina colada on the coast of somewhere beautiful. Sellout!!

I really like the taste and texture of these pretzels. I would still eat them nowadays if it weren’t for the fact that the bag says they have a bioengineered ingredient and artificial butter flavor. I suspect Dots original pretzels didn’t have artificial flavors. I had to turn to the store brand version, but then I saw that was also artificially flavored! Now I just don’t eat pretzels.

I love to added little hint of spiciness, it gives the pretzels the added kick nobody else offers. I finished the bag in probably less than 24 hours and I am craving more. These are very tasty and very good and I would recommend these to anyone. I did share them with my grandchildren, and they loved them too.

I had Dot's "Homestyle" Pretzels for the first time recently at a friends house. I liked the taste, so I bought a bag because I thought pretzels were a snack that was fairly good for you. I opened the bag and was eating them for lunch, when I noticed the ingredients list. They included maltodextrin, corn syrup, carboxymethylcellulose gum, monosodium glutamate and artificial butter flavor. I doubt that when Dot was coming up with this snack in her kitchen she thought to put that garbage in the recipe. I threw the bag in the trash and won't be buying any more.

Why can’t you make pretzels with no MSG? MSG has a reputation for being harmful to your health like potential allergic reactions in sensitive individuals, where high doses might cause symptoms like headaches, flushing, and nausea. MSG also can cause liver inflammation, damage, and oxidative stress. I assume that you already know that. Why still use it?
