You might as well not celebrate without it. My family doesn’t like traditional fruitcake. Claxton is better because there is less cake and more fruit. Not your best choice if you buy fruitcake to soak it in booze. Claxton is made for taste alone not for soaking, but that’s not to say you can’t spike the eggnog and celebrate.

I brought this item for my 83 years old Daddy because he was remembering about his childhood memories of eating fruit cake. I tried others they wasn't upto the flavor or consistency that he was looking for. Until I tried Claxon Fruit Cake. Since there's 3 in the box he's had 1 for Thanksgiving, and maybe 1 for Christmas and maybe 1 for New years if it lasts that long because he really really really loves this fruit cake.

I think Claxton Fruit Cakes are the best value fruit cake for the money. Every year I buy them at Sam's. I had bought back before T-giving and went back to buy more and they were out. An employee told me you could buy online. I did such but had to pay $5+ for shipping

Arrived early, and in excellent condition. The three wrapped and correctly labeled fruitcakes came expertly packaged in a designated cardboard box, without a dent or blemish. It was a joy to see the care with which the third-party seller prepared the goods before shipping them --- a joy and these day, too rare.

This is my husband's favorite treat. I order it for Father's Day. It's too good to only have at Christmas. Our local stores sell out of it immediately, so we were thrilled to find we could order it online and it arrives promptly, fresh, tasty and so delicious!

Bought Clayton Fruit Cake for a Christmas gift for my mom and she loved it!!!! I usually make her one but didn’t have time. This fruit cake was a great price, came individually wrapped and because I’m a plus member there was no shipping!! Definitely a win-win-win!!!

This is not the first time we have bought Claxton Fruit Cake, from Sam’s and other retailers. Can’t beat the price, but more importantly the Fruit Cake is delicious. This Fruit cake is moist and loaded with candied fruit and nuts. This is one you can enjoy and not use it as a door stop! Merry Christmas!

Always the best Fruitcake, my Mom absolutely loves this fruitcake and I start getting it for her as soon as it hits the shelves at Sams. Her birthday is in November so it was perfect timing that I was able to purchase it in October. Don't laugh, I got 10 boxes (3 cakes in each box) I have them hidden, if she finds them they will all be gone before Christmas

I really love the fact that you get three separate wrapped fruit cakes. This fruitcake is so rich you can’t eat it all and when you’re the only one in the house eats it it’s great that you don’t have to open one package and let it go stale so the three separate packages are great!
