I made an appointment for a leaky tire. My tires were purchased at Sam’s years ago. When fixing my tire which had a nail in it, the serviceman told me my battery scored “poor” & recommended a new battery. I bought a new battery & was very relieved to know I would not be having battery issues in the future cold Michigan winter months.

New battery did the trick car is working great starts right up . Staff knowledgeable and picked the correct battery and installed. Had no idea what the total cost was but one never has a choice when they are in need

The first big cold snap hit and my wife said her Honda was cranking slower. I got online and looked at Consumer Reports and this battery was top rated. I then went to the Sam’s Club website and they had it in stock and much cheaper than lower rated batteries. It fit and works great. Happy wife happy life!

Purchased this Duracell battery 7 years ago and recently had to replace it so I went back to Sam for another.

Duracell auto batteries are the way to go. Our 3 year warranty battery was dated 10/17 and lasted until 3/26. Best I’ve ever heard of.

Great customer service in the beginning but took a very loooong time to get battery installed eventhough there were no other customers and two employees out in the tire center garage area standing around talking all the while my hood on my car was up and battery purchased

I ordered this battery pack online through the app for pickup. After picking it up, I asked the technician if he could install it right away, but he told me I needed to schedule an appointment for the next day. So I did—I booked a 2:00 PM appointment and showed up on time. What happened next was completely unacceptable. The same technician made me wait 1.5 hours just to install a battery, which literally took him less than a minute to do. I stood there the entire time, watching him attend to multiple walk-in customers who arrived after me—completely ignoring my appointment. What’s the point of having a scheduled time if walk-ins are prioritized instead? This was a total waste of my time and extremely unprofessional.
