I want another one!

I love the bed. My 4yr.old sneeks in my room everynight and sleeps on it. It's big enough for him to grom into. I can pack it and take it anywhere. I even used it one night for my 2yr. old when he had the flu so he could stay in our room. Very safe and low to the ground. We will be buying another one for our youngest this summer!

bad design

screws and caps that hold cloth to frame are junk. return one of three beds i bought because of broken cap on corner. bought a replacement one that broke two days later. went out and bought new bolts that were 1/4 inc. longer to fix that problem, to keep the problem from happening to the others. these were for my grandsons that are only two and one years old.

Cheap

I ordered 4 of these cots for my daycare because the reviews made me believe that they were a good product. ALL 4 cots broke after only a few usages by 3 year olds just from getting in or getting out, not jumping or standing on. The plastic pieces which hold them up off the ground are what failed on this product. They should not be plastic nor should this part of the cot be in pieces. This should be build with metal or a one piece mechanism. After the first one broke I thought maybe that one was just a bad one but no, all of them are now broken and none of them were misused.

Great for Camping, Hotel, Nana's House!

I bought this for my 3 year old daughter for our recent camping trip. I was a little skeptical when I read other online reviews about the plastic parts breaking and the center support bar being uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised! This cot set up in seconds, everything seems very sturdy and the center support bar didn't even touch the mat when my daughter laid down on the bed. We did put a small camping, self-inflating air mattress (1/2" thick) under the sheet for some extra cushion and my daughter slept like a rock and didn't roll out of bed once. The only thing I wish is that it came with an extra sheet, and was made in a better quality fabric (less shrinkage, softer.) It rained every night on our camping trip and she stayed dry and up off the damp, cold floor of the tent...it even gave her a place to play, read, eat if we had to be in the tent during waking hours. I would highly recommend this product to anyone traveling with a small child, it's comfortable, compact, and doesn't take up much room when it's open (unlike travel inflatable beds.)

Great product and value

The only thing wrong with this cot was that it has no padding, so I had to layer sheets and blankets to make it a bit more cozy. My 3 yr old boy jumped on it and nothing happened and we both loved this cot. I knew he would pop an air mattress, but this cot exceeded my expectations. Very durable, economical and suprisingly small and portable.

Ideal!

This is our second Regalo cot. We love it! Our current cot gets opened every night before we go to bed so if our 4 year old shows up in our room, she is not in bed with us. The original cot has an uncomfortable bar in the center that we have managed by throwing two pillows on top of it, the new cot has a better design eliminating the bar. It is so light and transportable we needed one for both of our daughters.

So easy a Two Year Old can do it HERSELF!

I bought two of these for a quick and easy place for my granddaughters to stay over. A place that is "theirs" since I don't have a guest room. The 2 year old is at the "I can do it MY self" stage and this was so easy to both set up and take down, she really could! The five year old was almost bored with how easy it was. (That's a good thing as far as I'm concerned!) The price was so low that I worried about how sturdy it would be but thought with the low price, even if it only lasted a time or two, it would be worth it to try. Both cots have already been used more than that. My girls have not just slept on the cots. They have bounced, rolled giggling all over them, and played with the dog on them. I'm not sure they were meant to be put through all that but so far they have held up to all the girls dished out and still look like new! They are similar to tents or those foldup sports chairs in construction. Heavy plastic legs and a nylon canvas type "mattress". You pull it out of its storage bag, pull it out flat, and that's it. To put away just push it together and slide into the bag. I really love that the bag was included so in between visits the cot is kept clean and compact and fits on a book shelf. Really great value! Highly recommended. Perfect for Grandma's house. Kindergarden or preschool naps too.

Perfect for toddlers

We started out with one of those air mattress beds combined with a sleeping bag. and it lost air the first night camping. we saw this for the same price. we got it. my daughter loved it. she wanted to sleep on it when we got home. its quick and easy set up. it small storage. and its perfect height off the ground she can get on and off by herself. i did think it was a little over priced considering its for kids and i can get a full size adult cot for the same price but we have used our alot already and love it so far

I know that they recommend this product for 3 and up but I had no other option for my youngest shes 15 months. We knew that a play pen was too small and a toldler bed would not be able to travel with us in our move. So I bought this cot to do for now and so far so great We have had it for over a month now and she loves it easy access for her to climb in and out without a problem. Great option for children at the age of walking and up.
