Purchased for my two toddlers....They use it in a variety of ways: "camp outs" in their rooms, on trips, play dates, sleepovers... It can't be any easier fold and store. Overlay is easy to remove and wash...truly a "no brainer"...the best thing when you're on the go with little ones!

This cot is great. The cover comes off for easy cleaning. It's light weight, and folds up very small for travel. It weighs around 7 pounds, and would fit in your luggage. The only down side is that my son was too big for it, he is 5 years old. This would be perfect for ages 1-3 maybe up to age 4 depending on height.

I agree with all the others about the hard strap in the middle of the bed. Very very bad design flaw. The bed itself is very convenient and will work for our camping trip, but my 2 year old is shorter and most of her body fits on one side of the strap. It will work OK with a blanket for padding, but I definitely won't be using it very often for her.

This was kind of an impulse buy :-P I decided to get the blue one for my son and in the process saw this one and loved the idea of having these for long car trips, sleepovers, when guests stay and for camping. It made so much sense. When I got them the kids slept in them for the first week and enjoyed every minute of it. Only thing I would change would be a handle on the carrying case.

I bought two of these cots, one for my two year old and one for my four year old. They both have enjoyed them very much, they've slept on them while camping and just in their own rooms as a fun alternative to their beds. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the cots, they're very sturdy and so easy to pop up that the four year old is the one that sets them up to sleep on. I would definitely recommend these cots to anyone with kids under 46 inches tall looking for a good alternative to air mattresses or just the floor.

Wasn't sure about this, but I ordered it due to the free shipping offer. First, it came days ahead of the anticipated arrival date. Second, it's a fully assembled product. Take it out of the box & it's ready to go. And third (most important), my 2 yr old instantly loved it. She dragged her pillow right onto it & wanted to be covered up. It looks very comfortable for her & at no time is her weight on any of the framing. There is a reinforced strip of fabric right in the middle, but that didn't seem to bother her. This is going to be perfect for our upcoming vacation & future trips to Grandma's house! It really exceeded my expectations for the cost.

We had been looking for a travel bed for our 3 year old son and came across this one. We loved it! It was perfect for our week trip to California! Easy set up and easy to travel with on the plane. We checked the bed as luggage and it was sturdy enough to handle the harsh handling. Now uses it to lay on in the family room while watching a movie.

The only reason I gave this two stars is because of the great idea behind this. My husband and I were so excited when we saw this at our local store, but when we got it home and set it up we noticed this strap of material running through the middle. Our daughter, who is almost 3 yrs old, tried it out and it was just sticking her in the back. It's too bad, we're going on a trip soon and this would've been perfect. I'm going to end up taking it back and just use a air mattress we already have. Maybe if you put a quilt or something underneath it might work...

We have several of these beds. One was purchased several months ago and 2 were purchased more recently. The old style is absolutely fine! However, the new version is horrible!! The support strap in the middle is very stiff and much higher than the rest of the bed, essentially like having a beam right under your child's hiney. My daughter said it was too uncomfortable to sleep on. I took a Seam Ripper, pulled out the stitches holding this support strap on, and cut it at the ends to take it off. Now she is able to sleep on it. No idea why they would send out the product like this. All of the "great" reviews on this are for the old style.

This is a great idea, so easy to set up and very portable. BUT we opened it, set it up and within 15 minutes one of the plastic caps that hold the "mattress" to the cot was broken!! The company doesn't have a toll free telephone number, their website is under construction, the hours given on the product manual are wrong, no one answered the phone when I called during their "new" hours and no one returned my message! Finally after three attempts I got to speak with a live person, who told me she would send a replacement part and a few extras right away. Well two weeks later I received two of the caps and screws...NOT VERY HELPFUL!! Hopefully more will not break because it was a major pain to call the company :-( I read a ton of reviews on this product before ordering it and everyone loved it, so I am hoping we will not have any more problems. We have only used it one time since we were waiting for the replacement parts and it was nice so that is why I wasn't harsher on this review. I'm guessing ours was a lemon and it is a good product.
