I like the cot. It is light, easy to set up, and my son sleeps pretty well on it. It doesn't look like it would be very confortable, he kinda sinks down in a little bit, but he seems to sleep ok on it. The sheet is a little tight fitting and causes it to start to fold up a little when you first put it on, but it stretches back out when they lay on it. It's been good for us so far, we've used it twice. Once for a nap and once for an overnight.

This cot is PERFECT for sleepovers, hotel rooms, grandma & grandpa's RV, camping, & sick nights in mom & dad's room. For less than the cost of renting a roll-away bed 3 nights at a Disneyland hotel, it has paid for itself after one vacation AND saved us the cost of upgrading from a room to a suite. WIN WIN! It doesn't lock into an open position but there are stoppers to keep it from collapsing or folding up when in use, easily folds up & tucks into the carrying bag for storage when not in use. Earlier reviews mentioned support straps being awkwardly located & uncomfortable so we used a folded blanket under the "sheet" - nice & comfy. 3 yr son LOVED it. (3 years old, 30 lbs, 37" tall) Our older kids were jealous because they exceeded the 75 lb weight limit. We are so happy with it, we're ordering more as gifts.

I have a two year old that I am trying to prepare for daycare and I brought this to train him to sleep on a cot instead of the playpen. However I have another son that got sick and I wanted to keep him on the first floor with me during the day and did not want him sick on the furniture. Easy to clean and when he is better I can just use it as a stand by. Just ordered a second one yesterday...

I know you will laugh but I purchased this cot for my english bulldog. Its perfect, just off the floor, just the right size. All I did was open it up I put a clean dog blanket on the bed and she went right to it. Other off-the-floor dog beds of this size sell for seventy toeighty dollars. This bed seems to be made of durable material and it is just what I needed for my elderly bulldog. You should not market this just as a childs bed, it is a great and inexpensive dog bed. Thanks

I read the other reviews and wondering if I got a lemon! This is the most uncomfortable cot I have ever seen. Was going to order online and it was in the store , so I picked it up and was excited for my Grandson to sleep on it now that he is out of the portacrib when he comes to my house. I would need to buy a mattress for this thing to be remotely comfortable. I would love to send it back, but had over confidence in it and threw the receipt away! My bad there!

well, I don't travel much, this stays at a friend's house, but it folds up and goes into it's little carry bag in 2 seconds, and is very lightweight. definetly portable. it is low enough and slightly dips in the center so little ones don't roll out. my son adores it and does not have any trouble going straight to sleep in it! i stuffed a toddler size comforter under the fitted sheet to make it a bit softer. the support brakets are a bit of a hassle to get to position right, but if i sit on it and play with them they settle where they are supposed to. overall i am very satisfied! I carried this, an overnight bag, a diaper bag a shopping bag and my purse into my boyfriend's truck with no struggles at all. i bet it would be a dream come true for airplane travelers or if you are traveling with a full car! even smaller and lighter than a pack and play! just be careful as your pet dog or cat may claim it! highly recommended!

Unfortunately they put a bar in the middle of this cot.... so it's great for a two/three year old, but once they grow enough for their bottom to be in the middle of the cot, they hit the bar. Our daughter loved it until that happened which was about 9 months after we bought it. (she only weighed about 30 lbs.# I would have just splurged and bought something full size that we could have kept for yrs. and saved money in the long run. Really disappointed that anyone would put a metal bar in the middle of a cot. How could anyone sleep on that? #Notice the picture of the happily sleeping child is only mostly on 1/2 the cot.)

Great Idea if it was built with more sense. Its low to the ground, easy to use, and just big enough for my two year old. However, when its completely opened, the very middle of the cot is hard, and creates a bump in the very center of the whole bed. Not very comfortable for anyone. I wouldnt suggest buying it strictly because of this. It doesnt cradle like it should for a cot. I would recommend an air mattress for little kids I seen at walmart for the same price, and looks to be better quality.

The description says it's good for up to 75 pounds. It holds 75 pounds but my grand=daughter is the one I got this for and she is 70 pounds and really small for her age. She wears a 7/8 in clothes. This cot was too short and she just could not sleep on it even with a 1 1/2 inch memory foam padding on it. I also got a blue one for my 5 year old and 2 years old. They love the cots they have. But they must have a padding on it for comfort.

Comes in a carrying case and folds up easily to put back into the carrying case. Made well and sturdy. Not heavy. Close enough to the ground or floor so not to worry if a toddler falls off of it. It is large enough so the child has plenty of room to sleep on it. A great item to have when small children come to visit or when traveling in a car on a trip with a toddler. Even could be checked through as baggage on an airline when inside it's carrying case and labeled properly. Very pleased with this item and would recommend it.
