I love this mattress! It is so soft and comfortable. It came in a box and I was able to keep it in the box until I was ready to put it in place. Getting it out of the box and unsealed took a little bit of work doing it by myself, but with two people it shouldn't be an issue.

I ordered in app and did a store pick up. This is NOT hotel premium as described. I received a regular Members Mark 12” mattress. I did not realize it until it was too late, I had it out of the box and the plastic was off. I would not have accepted this at the store if I had known. I actually passed up this item in the store wanting the better “Hotel Premier” product. Sam’s Club misrepresented this product and it’s too late for me to return, I had no way of getting it back to my vehicle after it was unrolled. I’m very disappointed

The new mattress is already developing ridges in the top pad! The pad seems to sag and not remain tight.

Verrrrrrryyyyy Comfortable. I lay down and fall asleep within moments. Know nothing till next morning. Reasonably priced for an excellent night's sleep

Sam’s Club actually stocks these. I was looking at a new mattress for my aging back. As well, I also was on a budget. This mattress is fantastic! It reduced my hip and back discomfort as well as reducing my tossing and turning at night. I’d recommend it!

Amazing mattress feels like cotton, and I am so pleased with it. I sleep like a baby

The mattress is comfortable and fits my needs in a spare bedroom. I have napped on it several times and have really found it worth the price. I am thinking about ordering a King size mattress for my masterbedroom.

This might be a very good mattress if it fit. This Twin XL is 40 inches wide. The Mattress will not make Split King (4 inches of overhanging for the pair). NOT GOOD

Very poor support for regular-sized adults. Adults sink through all the way to the bottom of the mattress. It’s not terrible for kids because of their weight, however.

It was a gift for my 93yr old mother who wasn’t sleeping. This was perfect for her paired with the mechanical base. She is very comfortable and sleeping now! Thank you Sams club. You never disappoint!
