Too soft for my liking

I bought the medium firmness in store and it feels like plush. Too soft. Perhaps if I had bought the firm, which they don't have in store, it'd have worked. But they won't ship to CA. What a shame, I really wanted to like it. On the plus side, it did not smell bad. And the quality seems to be very decent for the price.

Mattress was too soft for medium firm.

Mattress was way too soft for medium firm. If you’re looking for a firm bed, look elsewhere. If you want to return the mattress they make you bring it in yourself and will give you a hard time. One of the customer service workers was rude as well.

Our daughter describes this as "lifechanging"!

I guess our gust bed mattress was not exactly up to par. Ooops. Our daughter researched all the online foam mattresses and thought that this Member's Mark was the best quality for the right price. Set up was a snap. Really! After her first night on it, she described it as "amazing" . "Lifechanging" . She was not happy to report that it was better than her $2000 mattress at home. So, highly recommended!

Really Nice!

We're at day three on our Members Mark mattress, after returning a Casper mattress that we purchased. We found that the Casper was very stiff, and didn't breathe. On the flip side, this new mattress is super comfortable, and breathes well. It says cooling gel, but I haven't really felt cooling (It just has better airflow). For the price, I would recommend this to anyone.

Memory foam mattress

Mattress sleeps well but after a couple of nights of sleep we noticed a wrinkle in the mattress/ fabric all the way across the middle of the bed. So now when we sleep on it you can feel the wrinkle underneath it. They sent a replacement, it done the samething.

NOT firm at all!

Bought this for the reviews, it is NOT FIRM at all. Actually going to return it. Not sure on the great reviews. If you want soft and squishy and back breaking go for it. NOT FIRM, returning it due to so soft I am crippled. I ordered firm for a reason and this is not it.

Not at all as described - worst mattress ever!

This was supposed to be medium firm, but it's the softest mattress I've ever felt. I waited over 24 hours for it to expand fully. The top material is lumpy. Unfortunately, I picked up from store instead of online, so only way to return it is to take back to store. I called to confirm options and advise no way of fitting it in my car. I was told to rent a truck to bring it back if needed. (In a very rude tone). Will be canceling my Sam's membership.

Not A Good Fit

King mattress purchased via pickup at local Sam's Club. First the box weight is about 80 pounds. The Sam's associate brought it out on a flat cart and didn't even attempt to load it in my truck. Never offered to help even as I stuggled to lift in the back of my truck. Got the mattress home and removed from box. Removed the plastic. I let it expand for 72 hours. It seem the cover is bigger than foam. When we put it on the bed the cover bunched up and was very loose.
