I am aware that these mattresses will have an odor when opening, that was expected. We are now about a month out from it being opened and I can still smell it when I walk into that room. I am seriously considering returning it regardless of the fact that it is comfortable. The smell is just overwhelming for me.

Nice bed not as good of quality as the one I bought in this brand 4 years ago but still nice just. was wishing it was the same. It’s a little softer than the previous. Only perched a new one because wanted a bigger bed had a queen and just bought the king. Would still highly recommend. Just wanted to let everyone know it is quite a bit softer.

This mattress is awesome! It’s firm but soft, the thickness is perfect... not too thin and not too thick. My sheets fit so I didn’t have to purchase anything new. It’s great! Easy to assemble and the smell was not that bad either. We set it up and gave two whole days to air out before we slept on it. Will definitely purchase this again if I need a new mattress in the future.

Was greatly surprised by the comfort of a mattress in a box. We ordered the twin in a firm one and it’s great. Haven’t slept on it as we got it for a guest bed, but did lay on it to test it out. Hubby tried it out also and said he could easily sleep thru the nite on it:-)

Great value for the quality of mattress. We bought this for our daughter’s room. This is perfect for a young kid. The softness is a little plush for my liking but I prefer a firm bed, but it’s perfect softness right out of the box according to my wife and daighter.

We purchased this mattress to replace the Sealy Posturepedic mattress that was twice the cost and didn’t even last a year before sagging. We’ve had this one for close to a month and love it to this point. It did take a few nights to “break in” as other reviews have mentioned, but it is NOT hard as a rock as other reviews have said. I will return to this review when we get to the year mark and update it about the mattress durability.

Delivery from different locations took longer than initially projected. One box was overstuffed, as if it had been repackaged. After a few days they mattress was about 10.5 tall and 4 inches too wide at 42". They have been slept on 2 weeks and unpacked about a month. Still over 40" wide, making the 2 5-6 inches wider than a split king should be. Its risen a bot to almost 11", but still an inch short of 12" expected. It is plenty plush and not uncomfortable to sleep on but sheets and mattress pads were strained fitting over and likely why they measure narrower now. Not sure they'd stay compressed width wise with both off.

I ordered this mattress for a vacation home. The price is perfect and the mattress was easy to set up. The mattress is comfortable so far. My only complaint is that I ordered 4 mattresses in different sizes to be shipped to my house. The boxes were not clearly labeled with the size of the mattress inside of the box. They were all shipped in the original box so I would have assumed it would be obvious what size the boxes contained but that definitely was not the case. I had to open the boxes to find the tag located on each vacuum packed and rolled mattress in order to determine which bed frame it belonged with.

This was easy to open and The box is heavy FYI, if you are bringing it upstairs. It is a medium firmness, i think it is more soft to medium. I've slept on it for two weeks and it is comfortable, and it kind of conforms to your body. I am happy. I wanted a little more firmness, but it is fine.

Our guest reported that this mattress was very comfortable. For the price (about $300 for full-size) it appears to be an excellent value and I was able to pick it up and transport it by myself (comes in a rectangular box). Just needed help getting it upstairs.
