Not too soft, not too hard. Got into shape relatively quickly. We get a good nights sleep on this bed.

I haven’t slept in the bed but we had guests that did and they said it was very comfortable. Good mattress for the price.

This was for a relative, so feedback is second hand. He said it is very comfortable and sleeps very well on it. He is a large and heavy guy.

I can’t say that enough!! I have bought 3 other brands of mattress that come in boxes and this by FAR is the best one and held together longer.

Comfortable, but the edges of the mattress cause me to almost sink to the floor because of a lack of a firm edging. Normal? Maybe.
