I've had the firm version of the queen mattress for the past 5 months honestly I was disappointed from day one and five months later I pulled my old mattress out I saved it because I wasn't impressed when this arrived in the mail honestly after 5 months it's literally a great mattress for somebody 10 years or under it is not a mattress for daily use maybe it's great in a guest room or for a kid but not for a full size adult I would not recommend this mattress I chose the firm version and it was still super soft I just sink My dog is 100 lb and she does not like this bed at all since I've been using this bed over the past 5 months she is chosen the floor over the bed 5 minutes after I put my old bed back up she's back on the bed this members mark is just too soft super squishy not a fan I prefer for if you like soft beds this is for you

Verrrrrrryyyyy Comfortable. I lay down and fall asleep within moments. Know nothing till next morning. Reasonably priced for an excellent night's sleep

“medium” feels like it’s an ultra plus we were both sinking way down into it, offers NO SUPPORT being a side sleeper. Hate the way this feels. With it was a real medium like costcos nova form mattress

I purchased this king mattress recently and am loving it!!! So comfortable and although quite heavy ( two people with strength should move and install)! There was no odor upon unwrapping it and it adjusted to final size rather quickly. I am going to be replacing another mattress at my home with this brand soon and I’ve recommended it to several family members.

Very Comfortable! I was a skeptical because it came in a "box" but this mattress is truly a great purchase! I ordered the firm king and it is just right! It has the right amount of firmness/softness (if you wlil). I am really enjoying it and so is my husband - who is very hard to please when it comes to mattresses! I redecorated my son's room and was originally looking for a mattress topper to bring life into a VERY OLD mattress. A quality topper is pricey and I figured it would be a temporary fix which would ultimately lead to a new mattress sooner than later. I stumbled upon this Member's Mark mattress at my local Sam's club during my topper hunt. The price was double the price of a nice topper, so I decided to skip the topper and go straight for a new mattress. After a couple of days of expanding, it is really nice. My son only comes home from college occasionally, so it is a perfect addition to his room. Personally, I like a firm mattress, but when I lay on this one to test it out, I'm pleasantly surprised at how comfy it is. My son loves the way it sleeps and never complains any more about coming home and staying for a while.

I purchased this mattress quickly online without spending much time reading its description. Just a lot of satisfied comments and an attractive price. If I had known it was a "bed in a box" I probably would have passed it over in favor of a traditional mattress. When it arrived, I was surprised and nearly returned it without opening the box, but after rereading a lot of happy online comments, I decided to give it a try. This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned and I look forward to many happy years with it.

I bought this mattress for my second bedroom. The head and foot have a dip! The mattress never fully filled out. It’s been several weeks, and this mattress is such a disappointment. I bought the same mattress in a king size, and it is wonderful. I don’t have any way to return since it’s been opened. I don’t even know what to do

This is my first mail order mattress, so I was a bit skeptical.Mattress arrived quickly and I was able to get it set up by myself. It immediately took shape once plastic was removed. After just a few hours it was ready to sleep on. It is a quiet mattress and I would consider it plush to firm. It almost feels like the mattress absorbs you, very little bounce when moving on it. The sides are not firm when you sit on them, but that has no effect on the sleep quality I've gotten and that's not an issue for me at all. If you must have super firm and supportive bed edges, it may be an issue. I have less back and neck pain since sleeping on this mattress and wish I'd bought one sooner. I feel like it is a good value for the price and I very pleased with it. I hope it holds up well.

I waited a month before posting a review just to ensure I gave myself plenty of time to get used to the mattress. I love it. It is so comfortable and I just feel my body relax every time I lay on it. My knees and hips no longer hurt when I wake in the morning -- I can only sleep on my side, so every day one or both would just ache all day. That hasn't happened since I purchased this bed. Excellent bed for the price and I'm really happy I purchased it.
