there is an obvious defect with this mattress, but Sam's will not pick-up or refund because I picked it up curbside. I have no way to return it without renting a truck. HORRIBLE - stay away (see pics)

Not too soft, not too hard. Medium firm is the correct description for this mattress. This is the 2nd one I have purchased - 1 for our guest bedroom (full) and 1 for my grand-daughter (queen).

We get great comments on how comfortable this bed is from guests who stay at our glampground. I believe it is right in the middle ground for most types of sleepers. We have one in all 4 of our dwellings.

It was a gift for my 93yr old mother who wasn’t sleeping. This was perfect for her paired with the mechanical base. She is very comfortable and sleeping now! Thank you Sams club. You never disappoint!

Member's Mark 12" Firm Memory foam mattress is exactly what I've been searching for in a mattress. It's consistently firm across the entire mattress and does not sag in the middle.

I was hesitant initially about a the brand, once I got it home let it settle. WOW what a difference this bed helped my back so much ! Only down side it’s bigger than my box spring.

I wanted to try it because it was such a good price but I only had for a few days and used the hydraulic base once and mattress top material got a wrinkle in it that wouldn’t go away once flattened out.

The mattress took just about 3-4 hrs to be at its full potential! It’s was supper soft the mattress molds to you like a glove. My fiancé and I could barely wake up we were getting such good rest.

The AI system online support is super flawed and very frustrating. I love Sam’s Club for the most part, but the AI online bot ordered me the wrong mattress TWICE and then they were supposed to pick up these two mattresses that I still have them. No one came to pick them up! NOT a good artificial intelligence support. AI is scripted, sends you in circles, and doesn’t listen to a real person’s need. I still have these two mattresses, paid for them, and it is a huge time waster. I almost cancelled my account over this.

The most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. Even without a boxspring or frame. Straight on the floor. Love it.
