Hope it hold up for a long time! ALL IRONS have issues with various types of water. Really need better info on what kind of water is GOOD. Directions say use tap water but mine is well water with lime, calcium, sulpher, rust; I also have rainwater filtered, also supposedly bad and it says not distilled water, not bottled water, not filtered water, so what water can I use? I had awesome rowenta focus for 8 years, then leaked out the power cord, so the internal tank seal deteriorated, why? always used distilled water that was recommended in its product instructions.

I love this iron. I use it at my sewing machine when piecing my quilts. The iron heats quickly, it is hot and ready to go in no time. It is a hot and steam iron. I was able to use 'next day shipping', which is so important to us quilters. I rate Walmart service 5 stars, and the iron 5 stars. A win win deal in my book.

I live in a small apartment where one area has to serve several different purposes. I like the iron because it is light weight, steams, and gets into small places. It was also very affordable.

I love this little Rowenta iron. Definately worth the money. It can be used with or without steam. Heat is adjustable. It's so handy to have.

This is my 3rd one I have purchased over the last few years. It is nice and light weight and great steam. I am a quilter.

This little iron is so light weight, but works like a larger, heavier model. I didn’t have to add water but once for a whole load of altar linen.

I purchased this travel sized iron for quilting and collage applique classes. The iron itself is great quality, it has lots of steam openings in the sole plate, and it gets very hot. Dual voltage is a plus. The cord is a good length and the iron comes with a zippered pouch. This iron is just what I was looking for. I only rated it 4 stars because the collapsible handle is made of a very light weight plastic, feels flimsy, and I suspect it is susceptible to breakage early on, as other reviewers have mentioned. I honestly expected better from a Rowenta product. I was able to avoid putting pressure on the handle as my hand fit over the handle and I used my thumb and fingers to press down on the top of the main plastic housing without getting burned. I did purchase the 2 year warranty for the extra $4 in case the handle should break.

Works well enough. Gets hot and is easy to use. Stores easily in its carry bag. Water doesn’t leak while stored. Husband doesn’t feel it works well but I feel it will do better if you use a spray bottle of starch or water

I chose a Rowenta iron because of my previous experience with Rowenta. I thought the mini iron had an automatic shut-off. However, it does not, and it leaks water. For the almost $40 price, I would not recommend this iron.

The iron did not work when I plugged it in. No way to know how to turn it on. Setting wheel did not turn. Plastic cover over setting wheel did not allow to choose heat level. Instructions don't match the iron. Completely disappointed.
