Bought it a few days ago and it still does not work no matter how much i try the charcoal does not light

I use this Product & anm very satisfied. Wife also likes to Grill with Kingsford. Son in Law, Daughters, And Friends.

We don't buy nothing but Kingsford, why would you ? it slights fast, it burns long and gives the food a great flavor especially the Mesquite.
