Lights easily but doesn't get smoker hot!

I tried to find out the ingredients of Kingsford products, but they are secretive. I heard they put in corn starch. Lots of ash, no heat. Their products don't work, failed miserably!

bad charcoal

I have bought two bags of the Match Light and kept them in the bag in a sealed 5 gallon bucket. They light well on the 1st two uses then after that I have ended up throwing the rest of the bag away because they will not light.

no lighter fluid needed

I get this one because there is no need for lighter fluid. Usually adding lighter fluid can give off a hint of lighter fluid taste. This does not. One less item to buy when grilling.

Won’t Light

What happened? I’ve used MatchLight for over ten years but after buying two bags this year that wouldn’t light, I’m moving on. Too bad—-it was great when it worked

We grill about three times a week, and we only use Kingsford match light charcoal. It's easy, burns quickly, and leaves no bad taste!
