Me and my family always use match light charcoal. We have used cheaper brands but they didn't compare to Kingsford Matchlight. This charcoal always lights. Don't leave no after taste on food and burns a long time.

I have used Kingsford Match light most of my charcoal cooking life. I have tried other brands (usually because of a sale) and always come back to my favorite.

I bought this to use for Mother’s Day and our burgers not only tasted like lighter fluid you could smell it. It was so bad it ruined the taste of the food. All you tasted was the lighter fluid.

On the 4th of July we had a bag self ignite. It was not near a heat source, but was in the sun. It caught the house on fire. we put the fire out but had to replace garage door, the jam and electrical. I will never buy this charcoal again.

We have always used match light and always will. The BEST charcoal on the market. We have been grilling for 40 yrs now and it has always been the one and only for the WRIGHT family.

I bought a new bag of Matchlight, and it wouldn't light. I ran out and bought a second bag, and it wouldn't light. What happened? They were new bags without rips or tears.

When we opened the bag and used it the first time. Worked really well,Our Family Loved our Meal! But we tried to use the remaining of bag today (3/13/2017) Wouldn't light.

Matchlight is by far the best charcoal for grilling. I've never had a hard time getting it to light even after a winter of sitting around in the shed. It lit right up in the spring no problem!!
