Thankfully, it does not give you gas or bloat cramps like other probiotics I have tried did. Yes, you will go more, But it is gentle, so there is none of that intestinal gas pain.

Sometimes women unknowingly become pregnant and are worried that they had been putting things in their bodies that could harm the baby. There is no cause for concern with this product.
