I have had issues in the past taking a probiotic because it has upset my stomach. This one did not all! My one regret is that I wish it was larger than a 30 day supply.

It along with one other product was recommended to me by a doctor years ago. One of the things I like is there are no specifications on when and how to take it, only that it be taken daily!
