This product has prebiotic blend, lactobacillus strains and lactobacillus rhamnosus GG which help with vaginal, urinary and digestive health. Easy to swallow capsule 1 time daily. I reall noticed a difference in my general health.

I haven't suffered any unpleasant side effects, nor have I really noticed anything remarkably different or improved regarding my digestive health. I don't know if I'll be repurchasing it because of the reasons listed above, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to someone looking for a probiotic because I haven't suffered any ill effects and it may help someone who does have issues.
