Too expensive

Great piece of tongue if you know what to do with it . I do ! Research the different textures of each cut of the tongue…starting from the thickest part…4 inches cuts gets you 4 pieces . the end bit can be tough. A squeeze of lemon is A MUST! otherwise I cook it rare on a cast iron…thin slices cut with a slicer …and fast with my own sauce concoction. Don’t forget the lemon.

Delicious meat. I simmered it for three hours, then placed it cut up for tacos. It was fresh and delicious.

Not very happy with this item. There was no packet in the package to fix the taste as in the corned beefs. Not a good taste. Will by from a deli in the future
