Just purchased this as a side dish for a last minute dinner with friends - Everyone raved about it - it's so creamy and flavorful !

This is definitely not a good potatoe salad. Morelike cold mash potatoes.

Not sure what I ate. Seemed like a potato infused sour cream or cream cheese. Very unpleasant.
