others in my household liked it and it would be great for a grab-n-go for a pot luck, but I found the bacon and smoked flavoring too overpowering for my taste buds.

This was a last minute purchase otherwise we would have made our own. It was purchased because the potato salad without bacon wasn't available. Unfortunately, we didn't really like it, something was just off about it. I'm glad so many others liked it but it was a fail in our household.

This was a great idea for summer cook outs until we tried it. All 4 people who ate it said it had the same, strange background taste that none of us could identify. It's not a spoiled or bad taste, just an off weird flavor. Some seasoning or added flavor that we didn't like. I ended up tossing out the rest of it.

I personally don't like the taste at all it tastes nasty. It tastes nothing like potato salad. The texture is absolutely gross. I will not be buying it again. I would not recommend this to anyone. It was a waste of money it tastes awful. I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought it.

This is delicious when made into hot potato soup. I put a couple tablespoons into a bowl, added more milk than you think is necessary - just make a soup out of it because this has to be thinned down because of the sour cream, heated it up in the microwave, and then added salt, black pepper, butter, celery seed, and oyster crackers - and it was delicious! It stilll is rich so don't expect to eat more than one bowl. I will probably make the rest into scalloped potatoes by adding a few cooked sliced potatoes to it, butter, milk and flour, and it will make a very good side dish. I personally don't like this cold at all but warmed up and changed somewhat it is delicious, just somewhat rich.

I mix a little more sour cream, 1/4cup of milk or half/half and about 2 - 3 tablespoons of melted butter pour in a greased 8x8 casserole dish top with shredded cheese bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly and delicious. I top it with a little bit of chopped green onions. Delicious!!!!!! This is such an easy and quick side dish! 2 containers will fit in a 9x11 dish.

I really wanted to like this. It sounded heavenly. Yet, it was awful. The potatoes are in huge chunks, the dressing was thick in an oily way, the cheese was decent, I couldn't find any bacon or even taste it, and the flavor was just oily. Not good at all.

I love loaded baked potatoes and sour cream. I never thought I would taste a food I didn't like with these ingredients. I can't believe I had to spit it out as soon as I tasted it. I am hoping I purchased a bad batch, but I'm not ever willing to try it again.

I thought it might be good, but this was the best potato salad I've ever had.
